Screening & Preliminary Interview:
We screen the profiles based on Skill Set, Industry Relevance, Related Experience, Stability, Job Fitment, Attitude, Location preference and other related factors. Our screening will be through Telephonic, Face to Face & Skype online interviews.
Submission to Client:
We’ll submit only screened, well-matched profiles to client in 48 hrs time.
We’ll schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates with consultation of Company and Candidates (from First round to Final round)
Coordination & Negotiation:
We give all support to client and candidate to go interview process smoothly, if candidate selected then negotiate with candidate for company offered package and notice period.
